Formerly an Account Manager with a local facilities management company. After 2 years of being a technical specialist, he has proven himself well to be the youngest manager in the industry. At the age of 29, he is already managing a division of 78 employees from various sub-departments. In addition to that, he has turned his department from a monthly loss of about SGD20,000 a month to a clean nett profit of SGD35,000 per month. Not a bad feat for a first time manager.

However, he still feels that he lacks the capability of a manager. That mindset can be a good thing as it keeps pushing him to be better.
